David began at Belmont Intermediate School in 2020 after over 20 years of teaching and leadership experience in schools both nationally and internationally. He has worked in Early Childhood, Primary, and Intermediate Schools as a teacher, Team Leader, and Deputy Principal. During this time, he has had extensive experience with students who have specific learning and behavioral needs. At Belmont Intermediate School, David is Director of Learning Support (SENCo), responsible for Year 6 to 7 enrollments and transitions as well as gifted education. He works closely with students, their families, teachers, and education professionals.
